Thorong Peak left above from, on the way to most well-known Thorong La pass (5416 m.) Thorong Peak is well recognized for a beautiful view of Dhaulagiri(8167m, 26795ft), Nilgiri(7061m, 23166ft), Annapurna Himalaya range, Tilicho peak, also mustang valley, Muktinath. In this region, natural and cultural surroundings sing together embracing and welcoming your passion. Along the way, we will pass many stops, guest houses, villages, and beautiful rice terraced waterfalls, different ethnic groups of people such as a Gurung, Magar, and Tibetan. This region has been well known for Tibetan to migrate.
Early in morning, our climbing guide will take you to the top of throng peak Alt 6140m. Approximately it takes about 9 to 10 hours depending on local weather situations from the base camp. You will be physically as well mentally alright before and after a climb. We have well trained, experienced and mature attendant to assist you all the way to the summit.
Day 01 Arrive at Kathmandu, Altitude 1300m.
Day 02 Kathmandu valley sightseeing.
Day 03 Drive to Bhulbhle via Besisahar, Altitude 740m.
Day 04 Trek to Jagat, Altitude 1300m.
Day 05 Trek to Dharapani, Altitude 1955m.
Day 06 Trek to Chame, Altitude 2665m.
Day 07 Trek to Lower Pisang, Altitude 3135m.
Day 08 Trek to Manang, Altitude 3540m.
Day 09 Rest day.
Day 10 Trek to Yak Kharka, Altitude 4040m.
Day 11 Trek to Phedi or High camp, Altitude 4500m-4755m.
Day 12 Trek to Thorong peak base camp, Altitude 5416m.
Day 13 Preparation and training for climbing.
Day 14 Climbing Throng peak and back to base camp, Altitude 6144m.
Day 15 Trek back to Muktinath, Altitude 3800m.
Day 16 Trek to Jomsom, Altitude 2740m.
Day 17 Fly to Pokhara.
Day 18 Fly or drive back to Kathmandu.
